Job Opportunity: Family Medicine Physician

Our organization is on the lookout for a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physician to enhance our primary care services and access initiatives in the Philadelphia area. This role is designed for those who are passionate about community health and want to work in a supportive, outpatient environment.

Practice Highlights

Established primary care practice with high demand
Immediate patient volume ready for engagement
Exclusively outpatient role—no inpatient duties required
Collaborative care model involving Physician Assistants, Medical Assistants, and shared nursing staff
Utilization of integrated Epic EMR system
Robust referral network within our health system

Qualifications

MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
Eligibility for licensure in Pennsylvania
Dedication to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care

Role Responsibilities

Deliver comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages
Diagnose and manage both acute and chronic health conditions
Focus on preventive care and effective population health management
Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes
Ensure timely and precise documentation of patient interactions
Engage in quality improvement and performance enhancement initiatives

Schedule & Call

Full-time outpatient schedule with 34 hours dedicated to patient care
Flexible scheduling options available to accommodate work-life balance
Minimal on-call responsibilities (1:7 call schedule), primarily phone-based
