What You'd Do In This Role Join the Ramsey Solutions marketing team and help more people find trusted experts who serve them well. As a Copywriter, you'll craft high-impact, short-form copy like emails, landing pages, ads, and podcast scripts that guide customers toward the right help at the right time. You’re Probably a Match If You have 3+ years of professional experience writing marketing and advertising copy. You have a portfolio and/or work samples to share. Your work demonstrates strong brand stewardship with a bias toward writing in a conversational human voice, tone, and language, with an ability to adapt to different styles. Your writing experience includes organic and paid media, social, email, landing pages, video scripts, and other communications. You develop messaging that drives measurable outcomes, including engagement and revenue. You partner with marketing and growth teams to create and optimize paid media copy based on performance data. You're used to working in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment, giving and receiving feedback. You actively use AI and can share examples (anecdotal or real) of where you've used it in your workflow, process, or writing. Preferred experience with ChatGPT, Claude, or other LLMs. You actively use AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude in your writing workflow. You write in a conversational, human voice and can adapt your style across different contexts and audiences. You have experience writing across organic and paid media, social, email, landing pages, video scripts, and other communications. Understanding business objectives, customer needs, and marketing strategy to proactively identify opportunities and advance them.
