Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP in California
• Previous experience providing therapy in school settings preferred
• Strong ability to collaborate with educators, families, and multi-disciplinary teams
• Knowledge of IEP development, progress monitoring, and state educational requirements
• Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills
• Willingness to work with diverse student populations across all K-12 grade levels

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of students’ speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEP goals
• Provide direct SLP services to students in both group and individual settings
• Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and support staff to facilitate student progress
• Incorporate evidence-based practices and innovative therapeutic approaches
• Complete timely and accurate documentation of services and student progress
• Participate in IEP meetings, staff training, and relevant school events
