You will play a key role in translating business objectives into technical solutions, partnering with stakeholders across product, marketing, engineering, and operations to bring new offers and promotions to market. The Role and Deliverables Lead the delivery of complex marketing, product, and promotional initiatives across multiple business units. Translate business requirements into technical specifications, user stories, and feature documentation for development teams. Manage end-to-end implementation of new products, offers, rate changes, and promotional capabilities. Partner with engineering, architecture, operations, and go-to-market teams to deliver successful product launches. Conduct risk analysis, resolve delivery roadblocks, and provide recommendations to support business decision-making. Act as a subject matter expert, communicating project progress, requirements, and outcomes to stakeholders and senior leadership. Your Skills & Experience Strong experience as a Technical Product Manager, Product Owner, or similar role within a technology-driven environment. Ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives involving business and technical stakeholders. Demonstrated experience gathering requirements and producing clear technical documentation, user stories, and functional specifications. Strong stakeholder management skills with experience communicating effectively across technical teams and senior business leadership. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail. Experience working with product launches, promotions, pricing, or offer management processes. Strong problem-solving capabilities with a proactive approach to risk identification and mitigation. Experience working within Agile delivery environments and using tools such as Jira. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Experience working with billing, ordering, customer management, or related enterprise systems is advantageous.
