Must have: Expertise with JavaScript
- Extensive experience with React.js and React Native for web and mobile application development.
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into developed products and systems.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering is preferred.
- Open-minded and eager to learn new tools and technologies; adaptable to different languages and methodologies.
- Must be a leader, self-motivated, and driven, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication and written skills.
- Ability to quickly learn new software frameworks/languages.
- Ability to produce technical documentation and share knowledge with other teammates.
- Experience with Version Control best practices, particularly as they relate to Git and Azure DevOps.
- Ability to be a team player in a highly technical, real-time environment.
- Ability to work effectively from home using a reliable internet connection.
Experience and Skills
- 5+ years of experience with front-end JavaScript development.
- 3+ years of experience with React.js and React Native, including Redux for state management.
- Experience integrating third-party APIs and frameworks.
- Proficiency with Git for version control.
- Strong working knowledge of mobile and web development environments, including Linux, MS Windows, and SQLite.
- Familiarity with Firebase and GraphQL for backend integration.
- Understanding of native modules and cross-platform application performance optimization.
- Experience with C#,.NET, or other backend frameworks is a plus but not mandatory.
