Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (BSN or MSN preferred)
• Active RN license in the state of New Jersey
• Must be enrolled in a BSN or MSN program within 6 months of hire and complete within 3 years (if not already completed)
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in medical-surgical, telemetry, step-down, or ICU care
• Current BLS certification (AHA)
• ACLS certification required

What You Will Do:

• Deliver expert-level, compassionate care across a variety of high-acuity units
• Adapt quickly and effectively in different clinical environments, from ICU to med-surg
• Monitor patient status and respond with clinical precision and confidence
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless transitions and continuity of care
• Keep accurate, real-time records in the electronic medical record system
• Be a consistent and professional presence, no matter where you're assigned
