Truck Team Member - Recycle Sorter / Yard Operator Hiring immediately for Full-Time Pay $23-25 /hr. with opportunity for overtime and advancement We're a fun and fast-paced operation that helps people in our community get rid of unwanted items, responsibly. And, we do it like no one else with our professional, on-time service, clean shiny trucks and friendly uniformed team. What you’ll be doing: Alongside Truck Team Members, Recycling and processing knowledge of production processes, process flow and quality standards Maintain a clean and safe work environment following all safety procedures Conserves material and the ability to identify different metals, electronics, and liquids to appropriately sort and recycle Sort and organize items by type and condition About you: 21+ years of age for driver positions (required for insurance purposes). Valid standard driver’s license & good driving record A positive friendly attitude Detailed oriented, ability to follow instructions Physically able to lift/carry 50 pounds regularly, up to 75lb occasionally, 100+ pounds as a team lift repeatedly over a full shift Good communication skills Additional Perks: ICHRA - Individual Healthcare Reimbursement after 90 days Simple IRA - Retirement Match up to 3% Holiday Pay - 3 holidays paid time and a half for hours worked Quarterly Cell Phone Stipend - $15-$30 per mo. determined by hours worked We are a second chance/ fair chance employer!
