This is a full-time, commission-based opportunity with potential to earn between $50,000 and $250,000+ annually based on individual production.

Essential Qualifications:

1. Active License: Must currently hold an active Minnesota real estate license or be able to immediately activate your license.
2. Drive Motivation: A strong ambition to excel in a full-time, commission-based sales career.
3. Professional Attitude: Goal-oriented, accountable, coachable, and willing to consistently follow up with prospective clients.
4. Communication Skills: Strong communication skills and a commitment to providing excellent service to buyers and sellers.

Your Responsibilities:

1. Analyze local market conditions and inventory throughout the Brainerd Lakes Area and Central Minnesota.
2. Guide prospective buyers and sellers through real estate consultations.
3. Follow up with buyer and seller leads and opportunities.
4. Actively network and leverage team systems to build a strong client database.
5. Assist clients with property tours, open houses, offers, negotiations, and transactions.
6. Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and accountability.

Job Type: Full-time, 1099 Contractor (Once Licensed)

Pay: $50,000.00 - $250,000.00+ per year (Commission-based)
