Job Details Location 13706 Farm to Market Road 3005, Galveston, TX, 77554, United States Base Pay $17.00 / Year Job Category 1 Employee Type Full Time Non-Exempt Description Join our team as a Maintenance Coordinator! The Maintenance Coordinator will ensure that all our homes are maintained according to established Sand 'N Sea protocols. They are responsible for coordinating effective and efficient systems with goals of homeowner and guest satisfaction, as well as fiscal responsibility to both homeowners and the company. Key duties include coordinating maintenance techs and inspectors, managing work orders and the key system, and following up on service issues to ensure quality, timely work. Responsibilities Assist guests and homeowners with property service issues and follow up with guests/homeowners Coordinate maintenance techs and inspectors Create work orders and coordinate service calls Spot check inspectors and maintenance techs assuring quality, accurate field work Create daily inspector lists Prepare and check out maintenance/inspector bags & bins each day Check in maintenance/inspector bags & bins each day, assuring all inventory is accounted for, proper levels are maintained, and charges are processed accurately and in a timely manner Ensure that written instructions and warranty information for properties are always kept current Maintain after-hours phone on a rotating basis Manage the key system, maintaining adequate and accurate levels of keys for all properties Monitor maintenance work and inspections to ensure it is completed properly and in a timely manner Perform daily and annual deep inspections, as needed Complete other assigned daily/weekly/monthly tasks as per deadline Perform other duties and special projects as may be required or assigned Assist with all other departments, as needed Qualifications & Experience Organized and self-motivated, able to work unsupervised Attention to detail and quality Strong computer skills, including ability to create, organize and maintain electronic documents Excellent written and oral communication skillsAbility to work well with a team Ability to multi-task and perform under stressful environment Fast, efficient, and takes pride in work Must have a reliable vehicle, current driver’s license and auto insurance High school diploma or GED 2+ years of office experience Customer service experience is a plus Why Join Us?
