Physician Recruiter
$18.5 per hourInsight Service Group (ISG)
As a Physician Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding qualified physicians and experts to expand and strengthen ISG's nationwide provider network. This role deals with fulfilling network expansion requests, building relationships with providers and office staff, negotiating fees when appropriate, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience while meeting department KPIs. Pay rate starts at $18.50, varying based on professional background and experience.Strong attention to detail and follow-throughCustomer service orientedExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environmentComfortable making outbound calls and building professional relationships. #J-18808-Ljbffr
