Clinical Specialist - Atlanta, GA

BD seeks a Clinical Specialist in Atlanta to advance Acute Urology clinical strategy across designated hospitals and health systems. The role partners with regional and territory managers to position connected clinical solutions, serving as a subject matter expert and clinical change leader responsible for adoption and sustainment of standardized solutions.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strategic clinical partnerships across national accounts and integrated delivery networks with nursing, C-suite, and supply chain leadership
- Develop aligned account strategies and execution plans with Acute Urology leadership and regional sales teams
- Serve as portfolio expert on BBS, SureStep, Foley alternatives, and BD clinical value platforms
- Lead clinical discovery, standardization, education, and implementation activities within assigned national and strategic accounts
- Develop presentations, clinical reports, and recommendations for executive and clinical stakeholder audiences
Requirements
- Experience in complex, cross-functional, matrixed healthcare environments without direct authority
- Demonstrated change-management and implementation leadership in multi-site health systems
- Strong consultative and stakeholder alignment skills in business-to-business healthcare settings
- Ability to translate clinical, operational, and economic data into actionable insights
- Executive-level written, verbal, and presentation skills for diverse audiences
- Analytical and problem-solving capabilities with qualitative reasoning expertise
- Program management and prioritization skills across multiple strategic initiatives
