Bilingual Therapist: Mental Health & Substance Use

Charter Oak Terrace/Rice Heights Health Center

CHARTER OAK HEALTH CENTER INC located in Hartford, CT, is seeking a licensed clinician to conduct mental health and substance use screenings, develop treatment plans, and facilitate individual and group therapy. The ideal candidate will hold a Master’s Degree along with licensure and be experienced in crisis intervention and patient education. This position requires excellent organizational and communication skills, with responsibilities in documentation and compliance. Working conditions may involve occasional physical demands.
