Analytical Chemist

In this role, you will perform and assist with analytical testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products, while utilizing a wide range of advanced laboratory instrumentation. You'll play a key role in method development and validation, equipment qualification, and supporting laboratory management through training, audits, and the authoring of standard operating procedures. Schedule Full-Time | Monday – Friday | Day Shift Responsibilities Perform and/or assist with analytical testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products Utilize analytical laboratory instrumentation with supervision Comply with cGMP regulations and follow all standard operating procedures Peer review data generated by other technicians Develop, validate, and troubleshoot analytical methods Conduct method transfers from other facilities and departments Author standard operating procedures and analytical methods Maintain and troubleshoot laboratory equipment and analytical instrumentation within level of experience Perform and/or assist with equipment calibrations and qualifications Assist laboratory management with employee training Assist laboratory management in preparation for internal, customer, and agency audits Perform other related duties as required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related discipline 2-5+ years of experience in a chemistry laboratory, or equivalent combination of education and experience 2-5+ years of experience with analytical instrumentation such as HPLC, GC, CE, ICP, FTIR, TOC, MS, and dissolution apparatus Ability to follow standard operating procedures Strong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to organize, prioritize, and effectively perform concurrent tasks with minimal supervision Strong attention to detail Desire and ability to work in a positive team environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Kelly Science, Engineering, Technology & Telecom
