Job Description Job Description * Medical, dental, and vision insurance * 401(k) savings plan with employer match * Paid time off including vacation, holidays, and sick leave * Life insurance and employee assistance programs * Professional development and continuing education support * Perspective - Understands robotic equipment and process operations; identifies opportunities to improve reliability and productivity. * People support - Acts in a leadership role as SPA (Subject matter/Process Area expert) for robotic equipment and process operations. * Coordination - Works across manufacturing functions to keep robotic finishing and wax manufacturing equipment running smoothly. * Influence - Supports adoption of programming and process changes that improve robotic equipment performance. * Organization and structure - Documents robotic programming code and maintains organized records of equipment changes. * Communication and relationship - Communicates clearly with team members and other functions regarding equipment status and issues. * Ownership - Takes accountability for equipment reliability and productivity; solves problems with permanent solutions rather than short-term fixes. * Troubleshooting - Applies methodical troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve automated equipment issues. * Provides manufacturing support of robotic finishing and robotic wax manufacturing equipment. * Maintains and improves reliability and productivity of robotic equipment. * Programs and documents code for manufacturing robots. * Acts in a leadership role as SPA for robotic equipment and process operations. * Complies with all EHS rules required for the work environment. * High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution. * Minimum of one year working in an engineering or manufacturing environment. * Legally authorized to work in the United States (no company sponsorship available). * Associate degree in a technical discipline. * Hands-on experience evaluating automated equipment and processes and solving automated equipment issues. * Robotic programming skills to refine movement using various controllers. * Good oral and written communication skills. * PC literate in Microsoft Word and Excel. * Good mechanical and/or electrical aptitude. * Experience using industrial controllers. * Ability to read mechanical and electrical prints. * Good methodical aptitude for troubleshooting equipment and related issues. * Organized, with the discipline to solve problems with permanent solutions. * Robotics programming background and Weld Tech 2 certification (from Shape) work out especially well for this role.
