Licensed Clinical Therapist

We are seeking a _Licensed Clinical Therapist_ to join our Therapy Team at a Youth Crisis Center. Provide trauma-informed, comprehensive clinical services including assessments, treatment planning, individual, family, and group therapy. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to help students build coping skills, confidence, and resilience. Participate in the Treatment Team and IEP meetings, ensuring timely documentation and progress reports. Maintain licensure, attend ongoing education, and adhere to program rules and structure. May be required to respond to student needs during evenings or weekends. Requirements include a current license (e.g., Ph.D., Psy.D., LCSW, MFT, etc.), background clearance, and experience in mental health and family treatment. Bilingual skills in English/Spanish are preferred.
