What you’ll do

• Be the face of the brand, the first and last team member every guest sees, the interaction that’s the highlight of a guest’s stay
• Run arrivals and departures so every guest feels expected and right where they should be.
• Be the guide book nobody else has, with the inside scoop on the best breakfast sandwich in town, the trails the tourists miss, the just-right fly on the river this week
• Coordinate across the Anvil Hotel, Alpine House, Cache House Hostel, Glorietta, and Turpin Meadow Ranch as guests move through our Jackson portfolio
• Own the operational spine of our business, including reservations, folios, billing, handoffs, and the technical aspects of the PMS.
• Able to meet the workplace requirements of the role, including standing shifts, some evenings and weekends, and lifting up to 30 lbs
