Procurement Manager (Raw Materials/Packaging Materials)The Procurement Manager (Raw Materials/Packaging Materials) will lead sourcing and procurement activities for VVF USA across direct and indirect spend categories. The role is responsible for ensuring supply continuity, cost competitiveness, supplier performance, risk mitigation and working capital optimization while partnering closely with Planning, Manufacturing and Logistics teams.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute procurement strategies aligned to business objectivesManage sourcing of raw materials, packaging, chemicals and indirect categoriesLead commercial negotiations, contracts and supplier relationship managementDrive cost savings, should-cost analysis and working capital improvementsMonitor commodity trends, supply risks and market intelligenceDevelop alternate sourcing and business continuity plansCollaborate with Planning, Manufacturing, Quality and Logistics teams to ensure uninterrupted supplyTrack supplier performance on cost, quality, OTIF and responsivenessEnsure compliance with procurement policies, contracts and ERP processesSupport procurement analytics, reporting and continuous improvement initiativesKey KPIsSupply continuitySupplier OTIF and qualityWorking capital improvementProcurement savingsSupplier risk mitigationContract complianceQualifications & ExperienceAuthorized to work in the United StatesBachelor's degree in supply chain, Engineering, Business or related field8–15 years of procurement experience in FMCG, chemicals, oleochemicals or manufacturing industriesStrong experience in strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations and commodity procurementSAP and advanced Excel proficiency preferredAt VVF, our people are what make the difference.
