Team Member at the Tower Deli - Job Description

Job Type: Part-Time

Pay: $12-$14.50 DOE

Must be able to work at least 3 shifts a week, AM or PM, weekend or holiday availability

Tower Deli & Grill at Thanksgiving Point serves handcrafted sandwiches, burgers, wraps, salads, and more in a fresh, welcoming environment. We’re looking for friendly, dependable team members who enjoy staying active and working with others. No extensive food-service experience is required—we provide plenty of hands-on training to help you learn, succeed, and prepare for future growth opportunities. What You’ll Do

Welcome guests, take orders, and provide friendly service
Learn to prepare sandwiches, burgers, wraps, and other menu items
Cook and prepare food safely and consistently
Keep kitchen and service areas clean, organized, and sanitary
Learn to safely operate grills and other kitchen equipment
Follow food-safety standards and procedures
Restock ingredients and supplies as needed
Assist with inventory
Work collaboratively and support your teammates
Complete other duties as assigned
Represent Thanksgiving Point’s mission and values with confidence, compassion, and curiosity

What We’re Looking For

No extensive experience required—we’ll train the right person
A positive, calm, and kind attitude
Dependability and a strong work ethic
Willingness to learn, take feedback, and try new things
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to stay productive in a fun, fast-paced environment
Availability for at least three shifts per week; evening, weekend, and holiday availability is especially helpful
Ability to stand and bend for extended periods, work around heat, and lift up to 30 pounds
Must be at least 16 years old
Must pass a background check
