Ag Sales/Grower Support Rep

A Large Blueberry Nursery is seeking a Grower Support Rep to build relationships with growers throughout Washington State and Canada. The Grower Support Rep will work remotely and be required to travel throughout the region walking blueberry fields and meeting with customers on a regular basis. Grower Support Rep Responsibilities: Frequent travel throughout Washington State and Canada meeting with commercial growers, some overnight travel required Provide technical support on site evaluations and grower recommendations Execute sales to commercial customers and assist with product selection Accurate and timely use of company CRM software Grower Support Rep Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Horticulture, Crop Science, related field OR equivalent experience 3-7 years related technical, sales, or customer service experience in Agriculture Excellent oral and written communication skills MS Office proficiency plus SAP or Salesforce experience preferred Ability to work independently and have a valid driver's license for travel, also must be able to travel into Canada Grower Support Rep Compensation/Benefits: Training on crop varieties Competitive base salary plus incentive and comprehensive benefits package Generous vehicle stipend and CC for gas/travel expenses Travel to Corporate office twice annually for meetings All qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to race, age, color, sex (including pregnancy), religion, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, military status, genetic information, or any other status protected by applicable laws or regulations. #J-18808-Ljbffr Gpac
