Heartline Staffing is recruiting a Family Medicine Physician for an outpatient primary care position in Merrillville, Indiana. This role provides comprehensive primary care for patients of all ages with flexible scheduling, strong administrative support, and no production pressure.

POSITION OVERVIEW
• Outpatient Family Medicine / Primary Care
• Care For Patients Of All Ages
• Flexible 5x8, 4x10 Or 3x12 Schedule Options
• No Hospital Call, Rounding Or Inpatient Responsibilities
• Average Patient Volume Of 2-3 Patients Per Hour
• Salary-Based Compensation With No RVU Requirements
• Strong Medical Assistant Support
• Referral Coordinators
• Established EMR
• Collaborative Clinical Team

COMPENSATION
• Base Salary: $230,000-$270,000
