Heartline Staffing is recruiting a Family Medicine Physician for an outpatient primary care position in Merrillville, Indiana. This role provides comprehensive primary care for patients of all ages with flexible scheduling, strong administrative support, and no production pressure.
POSITION OVERVIEW
• Outpatient Family Medicine / Primary Care
• Care For Patients Of All Ages
• Flexible 5x8, 4x10 Or 3x12 Schedule Options
• No Hospital Call, Rounding Or Inpatient Responsibilities
• Average Patient Volume Of 2-3 Patients Per Hour
• Salary-Based Compensation With No RVU Requirements
• Strong Medical Assistant Support
• Referral Coordinators
• Established EMR
• Collaborative Clinical Team
• New Graduates And Experienced Physicians Encouraged To Apply
COMPENSATION
• Base Salary: $230,000-$270,000
SCHEDULE
• Flexible Scheduling
• 5x8 Option
• 4x10 Option
• 3x12 Option
• No Hospital Call
• No Rounding

ROLE
• Provide Comprehensive Outpatient Primary Care
• Care For Patients Across The Lifespan
• Provide Continuity Of Care
• Build Long-Term Patient Relationships
• Practice Within A Collaborative Outpatient Clinical Team
• Work With Medical Assistant And Referral Coordinator Support
