Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Pediatric Clinic | Supervision Opportunity Lake Worth, Florida Join the Team at GALENA ABA, Speech & OT! We are a growing multidisciplinary pediatric clinic providing Speech, Occupational, and Physical Therapy services in a collaborative and supportive environment. We are currently seeking a compassionate and motivated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team. This position offers the opportunity to provide direct speech therapy services while supervising Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) in accordance with Florida regulations. Responsibilities: Evaluate and treat pediatric patients with speech and language disorders. Develop individualized treatment plans based on each child's unique needs. Provide evidence-based speech therapy services. Supervise and mentor SLPAs, including direct and indirect supervision, documentation review, and clinical guidance. Complete evaluations, progress reports, re-evaluations, and daily documentation. Collaborate with Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, physicians, teachers, and families to provide coordinated, family-centered care. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Qualifications: Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Active Florida SLP License. ASHA CCC-SLP preferred (or eligible). Pediatric experience preferred. Experience supervising SLPAs is a plus but not required.
