Legal Entity: AECOM Technical Services Inc Business Line: Transportation Work Location Model: On-Site Primary Location: US - Austin, TX - 13640 Briarwick Dr Compensation: USD 130,000 - USD 200,000 - yearly Job Description AECOM is actively seeking a Construction Manager for immediate employment in Austin, Texas or San Antonio, TX. Provides guidance to employees within the latitude of established policies. Establishes procedures that affect immediate organization. Works on issues of diverse scope where analysis of situation or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors, including understanding of current business trends. Acts as advisor to subordinates to meet schedules and/or resolve technical problems. May have budget responsibilities. Erroneous decision or failure to achieve results adds to costs and may impact short-term goals of organization. Oversees the administration of projects during the construction cycle including technical, financial, and client satisfaction. Accountable for the development, coordination, and execution of the planning, design and/or construction management activities and personnel under individual's direction on a day-to-day. Qualifications BA/BS + 8 years of relevant experienceor demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education. MVR check required. Preferred qualifications: 15 years' experience with TxDOT highway and bridge projects. TxDOT precertification as a Construction Superintendent. TxDOT certifications in EMS, ACI and TxAPA Level 1B. Ability to manage personnel and fleet vehicles.
