We're expanding our Midtown Manhattan team and are seeking Customer Experience Representatives to support customers and clients through face-to-face interactions. This is an entry-level opportunity with paid training, hands-on coaching, and ongoing professional development.

Previous experience is not required. We're looking for individuals who are dependable, motivated, comfortable speaking with people, and eager to learn.

What You'll Do

• Interact directly with customers and clients in a professional, face-to-face environment.
• Provide friendly and knowledgeable customer support.
• Answer questions and explain available programs, services, and next steps.
• Learn about customer needs and help identify appropriate solutions.
• Present relevant programs and services as part of the customer experience.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships through communication and follow-up.
• Keep accurate records of appointments, customer interactions, and follow-up activities.
• Work alongside team members to meet daily and weekly objectives.
• Participate in paid training, coaching sessions, and professional development.
• Represent clients and their services in a professional and customer-focused manner.

Important Position Details

This is a 100% on-site position in Midtown Manhattan . The role requires daily, in-person interaction with customers and business clients, so regular attendance at the Midtown Manhattan location is an essential part of the position.

The position combines customer experience, client communication, relationship building, and consultative sales . You'll speak with customers directly, learn about their needs, provide information, and help connect them with relevant programs and services.

This is not a remote or hybrid position. Daily in-person attendance is required.
