Job Description As a Security Officer Access Control in Lewisport, KY , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an Access Control Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will manage entry points, verify credentials, monitor access activity, and help maintain a secure environment for employees and visitors. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $20.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeFri06:00 PM - 06:00 AMSat06:00 PM - 06:00 AMSun06:00 PM - 06:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and drivers by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access control policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Monitor access points, verify credentials, maintain visitor and contractor entry records, and direct authorized personnel to appropriate areas of the manufacturing location. Respond to access-related incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site procedures. Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, parking areas, and the perimeter to help identify unauthorized access, unusual activity, and facility concerns. Document daily activities, access control events, incidents, and observations in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific reporting requirements. Minimum Requirements: Possess an EMT certification. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
