We are seeking a highly motivated and results‑driven Talent Recruiting Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and engaging top‑tier candidates for the open positions across various industries that we serve. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the growth and success of our clients by ensuring that they have the necessary talent to meet their organizational needs. Your primary responsibilities will include sourcing candidates, managing applicant databases, coordinating interviews, and maintaining clear communication throughout the hiring process. This role requires excellent organizational skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Key Responsibilities Engage with potential candidates via social media platforms and professional networks, including LinkedIn, indeed, and ZipRecruiter. Source candidates for open positions and ensure a strong match between job requirements and candidate qualifications. Craft and send targeted recruitment emails to prospective candidates. Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Confirm pre‑employment interview schedules and communicate with candidates daily. Utilize various hiring platforms and CRM software to evaluate resumes and contact candidates. Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' qualifications and suitability for client needs. Regularly update team members through Jarvis to ensure alignment on candidate status and progression. Follow up with candidates as necessary to maintain engagement and ensure a smooth hiring process. Manage a high volume of outbound calls while maintaining professionalism and effectiveness. Reconnect with past applicants to inform them about new job opportunities. Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs, focusing on critical skill sets. Travel to client sites or work onsite as needed to support recruitment efforts. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications :1-2 years of professional recruiting or related experience .Strong ability to present our company and job opportunities in a positive and professional manner to potential candidates .Proven ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented, results‑driven environment .Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain professionalism when interacting with internal and external stakeholders .Capable of working independently while also contributing to a team dynamic .Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, sometimes high‑pressure environment, while managing heavy workloads with confidence and composure .Excellent communication and interpersonal skills .Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel Job Type: Full-tim Location: Houston, TX (Candidate must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work.
