You will work closely with individuals of all fitness levels, ensuring they receive the highest level of service to promote both their physical and mental well-being. 01 Key Responsibilities 01 Conduct One-On-One Personal Training Sessions, Ensuring Exercises Are Performed Safely And Effectively. 02 Assess Clients’ Fitness Levels, Discuss Their Goals, And Create Customized Workout Programs. 03 Motivate And Encourage Clients To Push Past Their Limits And Achieve Their Personal Best. 04 Provide Ongoing Support, Education, And Guidance To Help Clients Maintain Their Fitness Routines. 05 Track Client Progress Including Improvements In Strength, Endurance, Flexibility, And Overall Fitness. 06 Offer Nutritional Advice And Wellness Tips Where Appropriate And Within Scope Of Practice. 07 Maintain A Clean, Organized, And Safe Training Environment At All Times. 08 Stay Up To Date With The Latest Trends And Best Practices In Fitness And Wellness. 09 Maintain Accurate Records For Each Client Including Assessments, Progress, And Follow-Ups. 02 Qualifications Certified Personal Trainer (Cpt) From ACE, NASM, Issa, Acsm, Or A Similar Recognized Organization. CPR And First Aid Certification, Or The Ability To Obtain. 1 To 2 Years Of Experience As A Personal Trainer Or Fitness Instructor Preferred. Ability To Motivate, Inspire, And Build Rapport With Clients. Excellent Communication Skills And Ability To Work With A Diverse Range Of Individuals.
