Schedule: Monday-Friday, Day Shift

Position Overview:

• Join an established wood products manufacturing operation supporting construction and building industries
• Work in a fast-paced industrial environment where safety leadership plays a critical role in daily operations
• Direct hire opportunity focused on strengthening safety programs, compliance, and workplace practices

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and enforce safety policies in alignment with OSHA standards and company requirements
• Conduct safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments to identify hazards and improve workplace conditions
• Lead safety trainings, investigate incidents, and maintain accurate compliance records and reporting
