Executive Assistant to the President – Paul Davis Restoration The Executive Assistant provides high‑level administrative support to the President and the leadership team, managing projects, communications, and calendar coordination. The role requires strong organization, communication, and independence. Responsibilities Administer and organize special projects as assigned. Provide administrative assistance such as writing and editing emails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the President’s behalf. Organize meetings, including scheduling, reminders, special accommodations, and agenda drafting. Field email and phone requests for the President, then organize and prioritize responses. Manage the President’s calendar, prioritizing sensitive matters and scheduling appointments. Coordinate travel and special accommodations for the President and team members. Perform office duties such as ordering supplies and organizing cleaning efforts. Attend meetings and take notes as needed. Support the production of presentations. Work directly with Leadership Team to coordinate the President’s key initiatives. Key Performance Indicators Projects driven to completion. President’s administrative duties progressively reduced. High‑Level Job Duties Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of upcoming commitments and responsibilities for the President. Participate in leadership development trainings and business feedback loops. Contribute to marketing, business development, and emergency services when required. Engage in continuous improvement, problem solving, and ongoing department development. Participate in company social events and team meetings. Hours Full time, Monday through Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, based at Paul Davis office. Occasional after‑hours, weekend, or holiday availability may be required. Compensation Annual salary range: $45,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year. Salary reviewed yearly; promotions and advancement bring greater responsibility and compensation. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred). Five (5) or more years of experience in an administrative position. Excellent administrative and process skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite 365. Ability to learn and operate primary operating systems: RMS, Xactimate, TSheets, SharePoint, and OneDrive. Ability to work independently.
