Residential Carpenter

Job Description

The Residential Carpenter plays a vital role in constructing and finishing residential buildings, working primarily in small teams of 1-3 people. This role involves framing, finish carpentry, and various installation and repair tasks, requiring physical stamina and attention to detail. Occasional travel to job sites is expected.

Responsibilities

Perform framing and finish carpentry tasks
Install and repair residential structures and fixtures
Handle and organize building materials efficiently
Prepare sites for construction activities
Operate carpentry tools safely and effectively

Preferred Qualifications

2+ years of carpentry experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license
Strong skills in framing, woodworking, and measurement/layout
Proficient in tool operation
Physical stamina for demanding tasks
Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
