Occupational Therapist (OT) – Full-TimeAutumn Lake at Spa CreekAnnapolis, MD$43–$50/hourUltimate Therapy is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our rehabilitation team. This position offers the opportunity to work with residents in a skilled nursing and post-acute care setting, helping them improve independence, safety, and participation in daily activities.Position Responsibilities:Complete occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans based on resident needs and goalsProvide treatment focused on activities of daily living (ADLs), upper extremity function, balance, coordination, cognition, and safety awarenessRecommend adaptive equipment and compensatory strategies to support resident independenceCollaborate with nursing, therapy staff, physicians, and family members to coordinate care and support resident goalsMonitor progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate to maximize outcomesMaintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility standardsWhy Join Autumn Lake at Spa Creek:Collaborative interdisciplinary team including PT, OT, SLP, and nursing professionalsOpportunity to work with both short-term rehabilitation and long-term care residentsSupportive leadership and strong clinical resourcesResident-centered environment focused on quality outcomes and functional progressBenefits:Medical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) retirement planPaid time off and holiday payCEU reimbursementProfessional development and advancement opportunitiesQualifications:Active Occupational Therapist license requiredStrong communication and clinical reasoning skillsSkilled nursing experience preferred but not requiredNew graduates are encouraged to applyDirect Hire.
