Associate IT Mfg Security

Role Overview Kautex is a global company with over 30 plants in 13 countries, leading in the design and manufacturing of plastic fuel systems and beyond. The Associate IT Mfg Security role will execute analysis and remediation efforts for the global vulnerability management program and IT security tools/controls across manufacturing environments. What You Will Do The Associate IT Mfg Security will assess, report, and drive remediation of server and application vulnerabilities, actively monitor vulnerability posture, and drive initiatives to achieve full compliance for high-risk manufacturing environments and systems. Why It Might Be a Fit The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in Security Operations (SecOps), preferably in manufacturing or OT environments, and experience with security tools such as vulnerability scanners, endpoint protection, and privileged access management. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field 2+ years of experience in Security Operations (SecOps) Experience with security tools such as vulnerability scanners, endpoint protection, and privileged access management Hands‑on experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing/workflow platforms Experience with Risk Assessments (RA) and security exception processes Familiarity with manufacturing systems (MES, PLCs, OT environments) preferred Good communication, customer‑oriented mindset, and team collaboration skills Security certifications (CISSP, CISM, CCSP) are a plus Benefits Equal Opportunity in Employment #J-18808-Ljbffr Textron
