Pediatric Front Desk & Patient Experience Coordinator

Children's Wisconsin is seeking a front desk team member to welcome patient families at our Kenosha location and act as a liaison between patients, families and the clinical team. In this role you will use EPIC for scheduling, assist with MyChart registrations, and ensure HIPAA-compliant handling of information while delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
