Job Title: Operating Room Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse (RN) Specialty: Operating Room (OR) Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Monday to Friday Hours per Shift: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM Experience: 2 years RN OR experience required; General, ortho, neuro experience required; CVOR experience preferred License: Oklahoma Certifications: BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), PALS (AHA) Must-Have: Experience in operating room settings Description: Operating Room Nurses are professionals responsible for taking care of patients throughout the process of surgery or medical procedures. They ensure patients are prepared for surgery or are recovering by providing information on the outcomes or potential outcomes of a procedure. This position follows a clinical interview process. Candidates can expect outreach within two hours via phone and text where applicable. Decisions are typically made the same day or by the next business day. Applicants seeking substantial time off or who have negative background or employment history may not be eligible for the same processing timeline. 1-2 weekend days of call may be required in a 13-week period.
