Internal Medicine physician job in New Jersey :
A health services organization in New Jersey is actively seeking a licensed Internal Medicine Physician for a locum tenens assignment in Ocean County.
About the Opportunity:
- Shift: Day
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 8:30am to 5pm
- Setting: Outpatient
- Patient Volume: 15 to 20 per day
Responsibilities:
- Provide internal medicine care for adult patients
- Collaborate with physicians and advanced practice support staff to coordinate patient care
- Document encounters, assessments, and treatment plans accurately and efficiently
- Deliver ongoing primary care services without the need for procedures or call coverage
- Perform other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Internal Medicine
- Active New Jersey medical license
- Experience practicing in an Outpatient Clinical setting
Desired Skills:
Prior experience in a Locum and/or Travel role
