Quality Analyst

To ensure high-quality deliverables within the Print Migration Program, the remote contract Quality Analyst will validate print trails, e-delivery configurations, and document outputs while collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify defects and maintain quality standards throughout the delivery lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Execute test cases across functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) cycles Validate that migrated print trails and document templates meet defined business and technical requirements Identify, log, track, and retest defects using enterprise tools, ensuring clear documentation and timely resolution Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in software testing or QA roles within enterprise environments Experience with QA tools and test management platforms (e.g., Jira, Zephyr, TestRail) Familiarity with document composition systems and e-delivery platforms is a plus Experience working in Agile delivery environments preferred Strong attention to detail with the ability to execute structured testing processes
