NuAxis, LLC is seeking a Computer Support Specialist Journeyman to deliver remote and deskside enterprise support for Federal Government users, systems, applications, and endpoints. This role owns incidents, tracks and resolves issues within SLAs, and collaborates with IT support groups to improve service delivery. The candidate should have 2+ years in enterprise support, HDI Analyst Certification and CompTIA A+ within the specified windows, with familiarity in Entra ID, Azure, Intune, and #J-18808-Ljbffr NuAxis, LLC
