• Conduct inspections of completed work to ensure adherence to specifications.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize workflow.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical certification preferred.
• Proven experience in welding and fabrication, with a minimum of 5 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of welding techniques, materials, and equipment.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with safety standards and regulations in the welding industry.
