Empathy and Compassion : Understanding and addressing the emotional needs of clients.Patience: Essential for dealing with clients who may have cognitive impairments or require extra time for tasks. Problem-Solving: Ability to handle unexpected situations calmly and efficiently. Dependable and Time management a plus
