You will also step into a leadership role in the absence of the Dietary Supervisor.### **Key Responsibilities*** Prepare and cook meals according to **menus and dietary guidelines*** Ensure compliance with **dietary restrictions and special diets**, including modified textures* Maintain a **safe, clean, and sanitary kitchen environment*** Follow **food safety, sanitation, and portion control standards*** Monitor and record **food temperatures*** Assist with meal service and ensure **appealing presentation*** Maintain sanitizer solutions and follow cleaning schedules* Clean kitchen equipment, workspaces, and serving carts* Collaborate with dietary staff and other departments* Report resident concerns to leadership as needed* Oversee kitchen operations in the absence of the Dietary Supervisor### ### **Qualifications*** Must be **at least 18 years old*** High school diploma or GED preferred* **At least 1 year of cooking experience**, preferably in **healthcare or long-term care*** Understanding of **dietary restrictions and therapeutic diets*** Must obtain and maintain **ServSafe Certification*** Knowledge of **PointClickCare (PCC) preferred*** Friendly, professional demeanor* Strong teamwork and communication skills* Compassion for an underserved population### ### **Why Join Fountain Inn Post Acute?**At Fountain Inn, you’ll be part of a **small, tight-knit team** where your voice matters.
