Therapist - Speech Language Pathologist

Job Description

Job Summary:
Provides specialized speech therapy assessments and interventions to patients, aiming to improve communication and swallowing functions. Collaborates with healthcare teams to develop individualized treatment plans and monitor progress.

Responsibilities:

Evaluate patients' speech, language, and swallowing abilities to establish treatment needs.
Design and implement therapeutic programs tailored to each patient's condition.
Document patient progress and adjust therapy plans accordingly.
Educate patients and their families on therapeutic techniques and strategies.
Collaborate with clinicians and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care.

Qualifications:

Hold a valid state licensure or certification as a Speech Language Pathologist.
Possess a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
Demonstrate current knowledge of speech and language therapy techniques.
Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Be able to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.
