Job Overview Provide licensed practical nursing care for patients in private duty homecare settings. Work day and overnight shifts as needed, with 8, 10, or 12‑hour shift lengths. Handle all acuity levels, including G‑tube, trach, and ventilator support, depending on the case. Compensation & Benefits Pay range: $33–$46/hr in Pasco, WA (based on experience); $30–$34/hr for non‑specific case rates. Rates vary by experience. Flexible scheduling – full‑time, part‑time, or PRN.
