- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation to minimize waste.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service and communication.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
- Adapt to changing menus and special requests with a positive attitude.
- Monitor cooking times and temperatures for optimal food quality.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to menu development ideas.
- Proven experience as a line cook or in a similar role in a fast-paced kitchen.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus.
