Shipping/Receiving Clerk

Randstad is hiring multiple reliable, detail-oriented Shipping/Receiving Clerk to join our warehouse teams. In this role, you will oversee incoming and outgoing shipments, verify product counts, inspect deliveries for quality, accuracy, and stage inventory safely within the facility.  **Must have forklift experience** Apply today for immediate consideration to our shipping and receiving roles!

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, weigh, wrap, and label outbound shipments accurately according to customer specifications and shipping manifests.
• Prepare shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading (BOL), packing slips, carrier labels, and export declarations where applicable.
• Coordinate dock pickups with third-party carriers (LTL, FTL, parcel delivery services).
• Load/unload outbound freight to and from onto carrier trailers, containers, and delivery trucks safely and efficiently.
• Inspect inbound cargo for external and concealed damage, shortages, or overages; photograph and report issues immediately.
• Reconcile physical deliveries against purchase orders (POs) and packing lists.
• Enter receiving transactions into the WMS or ERP platform to ensure real-time inventory updates.
• Sort, tag, palletize, and transport inbound stock to assigned warehouse bin/rack locations.
• Safely operate material handling equipment, including sit-down forklifts, stand-up reach trucks, order pickers, and electric pallet jacks.

The essential functions of this role include:

• wearing steel toe shoes
