We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Remote Life Insurance Sales Agents. This is a flexible, performance-based opportunity for people who want more control over their schedule and earning potential than a traditional 9-to-5 position.

Agents work with provided leads, speak with individuals and families about their insurance needs, explain available coverage options, and help clients select plans that fit their situation.

Responsibilities include:

• Contacting and following up with provided leads
• Conducting virtual client appointments
• Explaining life insurance and supplemental benefit options
• Building relationships with prospective clients
• Completing applications and maintaining accurate client information
• Participating in training and ongoing professional development

This is a remote position. A Windows-based laptop, reliable internet connection, and strong communication skills are required. Previous insurance experience is helpful but not required, as training is provided.

Compensation is performance-based and may include commissions, bonuses, incentives, and opportunities for advancement.
