Location: Schertz, TX and surrounding areas. Estimated Annual Salary: $63,000 - $114,000. Sign-On Bonus: $1,000. What You’ll Do Provide evidence-based pediatric physical therapy in the home and community. Perform evaluations, assessments, and ongoing progress monitoring. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals. Deliver interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, coordination, and motor development. Educate and empower families and caregivers for carryover in daily routines. Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams. Document care in an electronic medical record system. Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards. Qualifications Required Active, unrestricted Physical Therapist license (Texas). Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program. Current CPR certification. At least 1 year of experience working as a Physical Therapist. Preferred 1+ year of pediatric experience.
