Project Engineering Manager Substation
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate multi-discipline engineering teams on large-scale substation projects.
- Manage design quality, schedules, budgets, and resource planning.
- Provide technical guidance and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with clients, support proposals, and contribute to business development.
- Mentor and develop engineering staff while maintaining project accountability.
- Bachelors degree in Engineering; P.E. license preferred.
- 5+ years of experience managing substation or switchyard EPC/design projects.
- Strong understanding of substation layout, protection and control systems, civil/structural design, and major equipment.
- Knowledge of project coordination including procurement, permitting, and construction support.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
