Warehouse AssociateAgilix Solutions is seeking a Warehouse Associate for our Blytheville, AR branch. Responsibilities include picking customer orders via a bar coding system with high accuracy rate and staging the finished product.This role will report to Branch Manager.ResponsibilitiesPicks customer orders for shipment, ensuring that the correct number and type of product is loaded and shipped.Maintaining acceptable efficiency rates of both quantity of products pulled as well as accuracy.Maintaining bin/shelf integrity by keeping pulling areas clean of debris (empty cartons, box tops, etc.) and by keeping product organized on shelf.Carries or transports orders to shipping locations or delivery platforms with materials handling equipment, ensuring orders are staged properly.Operates any materials handling equipment safely and efficiently as required.Maintains material handling equipment by noting and reporting any damage or malfunction and connecting battery to recharging station at the end of shift.Help prep vending machine items when needed.Learn how to stock vending machines when needed.Safely operate a company vehicle to deliver materials to customers.Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.Transport orders to customer locations or delivery platforms with materials handling equipment, ensuring orders are staged properly.QualificationsValid Class "D" driver's license.Clean driving record.Ability to operate a forklift.Organization and SchedulingDealing with complex fulfillment orders within strict deadlinesExcellent time management and attention to detailMaintain safety management requirementsAssist in maintaining Inventory ControlExtensive warehouse walking and lifting 75+ lbs. in a fast-paced environmentMust possess a "Can Do" team-player attitude at all times12-18 months of experience working in a warehouse preferred but not required.High School Diploma or Associate's Degree in Warehouse and Logistics.Physical RequirementsProlonged periods of standing/being on your feet throughout the dayAble to get in and out of a vehicle multiple times a day.Must be able to drive a commercial vehicle for long periods of time as needed.Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds occasionally.Company-Provided BenefitsMedical InsuranceDental InsuranceVision InsuranceHealth Savings Account (Employer contributions for 1 st year only)401(k) (Company match contributions and discretionary annual profit-sharing plan)Company Sponsored Life InsuranceCompany Sponsored Short-Term DisabilityCompany Sponsored Long-Term DisabilityEmployee Assistance ProgramVoluntary BenefitsLegal ServicesCritical IllnessLife InsuranceDependent Care/FSAAbout Agilix SolutionsWith a robust history dating back nearly 130 years, Agilix Solutions delivers meaningful solutions to our customers in the industrial, commercial, and construction markets.
