Pricing Coordinator

Managing customer scheduling and estimator communications, the fully remote Estimation Coordinator will handle scheduling inquiries, monitor estimator availability, and ensure efficient operations while providing exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities Schedule and reschedule customers in the scheduling queue and manage priority calls Act as the primary contact for estimator concerns and monitor estimator availability and tasks Communicate necessary updates and additional fees to Lowe's stores while cross-training on contract verification Required qualifications High school diploma or GED with one to two years of related customer service management experience Ability to read, write, and comprehend instructions and documents effectively Proficiency in basic mathematical calculations for various measurements Familiarity with computer workstations and software including databases, spreadsheets, and word processing Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing
