A well-established, physician-led cosmetic surgery practice is seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Plastic or Cosmetic Surgeon to join its growing team in Morgantown, West Virginia , with future expansion into the Pittsburgh market .

What You'll Do

• Perform a wide range of facial and body cosmetic procedures, including facelifts, breast surgery, liposuction, body contouring, injectables, and laser treatments.
• Conduct comprehensive consultations and develop individualized surgical treatment plans.
• Guide patients through every stage of care, from consultation through postoperative recovery.
• Build long-term patient relationships through exceptional clinical outcomes and communication.
• Collaborate with an experienced clinical and surgical team in a modern outpatient setting.
• Contribute to the continued growth and reputation of a successful cosmetic surgery practice.

What We're Looking For

• MD or DO degree.
• Completion of an accredited Plastic Surgery Residency or an AACS-accredited Cosmetic Surgery Fellowship.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible (ABPS, ABCS, or ABFCS).
• Eligible for unrestricted West Virginia medical licensure.
• Excellent surgical judgment and patient management skills.
• Strong consultation and communication abilities.
• Passion for cosmetic surgery and delivering outstanding patient outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience performing cosmetic facial and body procedures.
• Experience in a private-pay or self-pay aesthetic practice.
• Interest in practice growth, leadership, and long-term partnership.
