Non-Profit Senior Accountant - $95k-$105k + 10% - Hybrid / Dallas

Highlights Salary - $90,000 - $105,000 + 10% bonus 3-5+ years of experience Strong full cycle accounting, G/L, month end close, Journal entries, etc Location - Uptown HYBRID - 2 days in office 4 weeks PTO, 6+ weeks of PTO when including company holidays Key Responsibilities Lead client accounting engagements, ensuring accuracy and compliance for all non‑profit clients Month end close, journal entries, general ledger, bank req's and reporting Manage multiple client accounts, accounting, A/P, A/R and balance sheets. Proactively monitoring deadlines, coordinating follow‑ups, identifying missing information, and resolving issues to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables Maintain organized workpapers and documentation Work daily accounting operations, accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR) Work with multiple clients of the company with their daily accounting Prepare financial statements and management reports in compliance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) Develop, document, and maintain internal controls and accounting policies Qualifications: Required Skills, Education, and Experience Bachelor’s degree required in either accounting or finance or equivalent experience CPA or CMA is preferred but not required.
